How to Order?

How do I place an order?
Using the Bento website couldn't be easier. Select items by adding to your Shopping Cart. Once you have completed your order, go to view your Shopping Cart where you can either remove items you don't want and/or continue on to process the order. Once you have placed your order by entering your information into the selected fields, you will then be directed to our secure server to enter your credit card details. As soon as this is completed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from us and your order will be dispatched immediately.

Please make sure to have added our email addresses to your email safe list. Check your junk mail folder if you still haven't received any email confirmation from us as there is a high chance for all system-generated emails to be wrongly directed there.
Alternatively, you may also phone in to order or fax in your order form.

Are there any delivery charges?
Our delivery service is free within CBD, subject to a minimum order of $40. For deliveries outside CBD area, a delivery fee will be levied, subject to minimum order of $80. Delivery fee is levied at $5 for all areas except Tuas/Changi/Loyang, which is at $10. There is no minimum order.

Payment Options

What payment modes do you accept?
We accept payment via credit cards and cash only.

Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept payment via Credit Cards with Visa and MasterCard logos. We also accept debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logos.

Is my credit card safe?
Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, making the information unreadable as it travels over the Internet. We use the latest security technology available to keep your credit card information safe and private. Please see our Privacy Policy page for more information.

Cancellations

Can I cancel the order after I have placed it?
Once an order has been placed and payment made, it can no longer be cancelled and no refunds can be made. Your order will be delivered as scheduled. A 30% processing fee will be charged if for some reason, we allow an order to be cancelled. We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of items or our inability to deliver the items within a reasonable time frame.

Miscellaneous

How fast will I receive my order?
Typically, once an order is placed, it takes approximately 1 ½ hours for the delivery to reach you but we have been known to reach our customers within an hour most of the time. To help ensure the safety of our delivery riders/drivers, delivery times may be affected due to bad weather and/or traffic conditions. For timely delivery, it is advisable to place an order at least 2 hours before a stipulated time.

How long can I keep the sushi and sashimi before eating it?
To ensure that the food stays fresh, we recommend all our customers to consume the food within 30 minutes upon receipt of the delivery.

Do you provide catering services?
Yes we do. We cater to all kinds of functions and events and we can also have our renowned Japanese chef, Mr Yoichi Nakaoka go down to your premises to prepare food on site upon request. Please contact our friendly customer service officers for more information.

Why do we have to verify our orders?
Verifing of orders only apply to those customers who opt to checkout without registering as a member. Hence, we need the customer to verify his order to prevent from fraud purchase and it is also to protect our genuine customers.

What are the benefits of becoming a member?
